• Penyertaan secara percuma dan program ini diberi keutamaan kepada belia yang
menjadi penduduk tetap di Shah Alam sahaja

• Borang ini perlu dikembalikan sebelum 14 November 2012 secara talian atau pun
terus kepada Urusetia

• Segala kemalangan, kehilangan dan kerosakan yang berlaku, pihak penganjur tidak
akan bertanggungjawab. Pihak penganjur akan menyediakan Bantuan Tahap 1 untuk kecemasan/pertolongan cemas sekiranya berlaku sebarang kejadian yang tidak diingini berlaku semasa program.

04	Namche Bazaar	3,440m	Full Day Rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. Three meals included.
05	Namche Bazaar Diboche	3,820m	Trekking to Diboche. About 6 hours walk. Three meals included.

Gokyo, Everest Base Camp, Kalapatthar Trekking

Starts from                        : flight from Kathmandu to Lukla 
Ending Point                     : Lukla to Kathmandu by flight 
Grade                                 : Moderate to Strenuous. 
Highest access of the trek : Kalapatthar (5,545m), Gokyo Ri (5,350m), 

                                             Everest Bace Camp (5,300m).
Mode of trekking               : Tea house (Lodge) or camping trek 

Basic Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival in Katmandu (1350m), transfer Hotel and dinner not included. Hotel Nirvana Garden.
Day 02: Katmandu by flight to Lukla and overnight at Phakding (2610m).
Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m).
Day 04: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization. (Hike to Hotel Everest View, Syangoche)
Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Dole (4200m)
Day 06: Dole to Machhermo (4470m)
Day 07: Machhermo to Gokyo Lake(4790m)
Day 08: Gokyo lake to early in the morning climb Gokyo Ri (5350m) for Best Himalayan views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse , Cho Oyo, Amadablam, Thamserku, Makalu etc and back to Gokyo lake after lunch continue trek to Thangnag (5025m)
Day 09: Cross Chola pass (5330m) and trek to Dzongla (4830m).
Day 10: Dzongla to Lobuche (4930m)
Day 11: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5140m) after lunch continue to Everest base camp (5634m) and overnight at Gorakshep.
Day 12: Gorakshep early in the morning hike to Kalapattar (5545m) enjoy the best views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse , Amadablam , Thamserku etc. and lunch at Lobuche and overnight at Dingboche (4410m)
Day 13: Dingboche to Chhukung (4730m)
Day 14: Chhukung to Island peak base camp (4970m)
Day 15: Island Peak base camp to High Camp (5600m)
Day 16: high Camp to Summit and back to Island Peak base camp (4970m)
Day 17: Island Peak base Camp to Dingboche (4410m)
Day 18: Dingboche to Tyangboche (3890m)
Day 19: Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar
Day 20: Namche Bazaar to Lukla
Day 21: Lukla by flight Katmandu.  Transfer to Nirvana Garden Hotel.
